The Tragic Disappearance of Qadr Williams
Qadr Williams, who also goes by the name of Qadr Williamson, has been reported missing from her home of Glen Echo Road, Philidelphia. She was last seen on the 21st October - a week has passed since her disappearance. [1]
The ten-year-old girl was in foster-care and left for school at about 7.45am with her two siblings wearing a black shirt, blue hoodie, and black trousers and carrying a backpack.
She never showed up to her school that day (Henry H. Houston Elementary School).
A group of thirty neighbours are frantically trying to locate the young girl, knocking on doors and posting leaflets in the local area, but little is known about her whereabouts so far.
It was reported that another neighbour who is looking for Qadr would often see her and her sisters walking up Lincoln Drive or sometimes up Cresheim Street on the ten minute walk to school, which gives some insight into her possible last known movements.
She also "may have cut across W. Mt Airy, Nippon or Charlton streets".
Local residents are being urged to review their security footage from that day to help pinpoint her movements, and anybody who has information is implored to call 911 or the Northwest Detectives Division at 215-686-3353.
Qadr was described as a "vibrant" girl and her disappearance has shaken many.
It is worth noting that the press coverage of this incident was underwhelming - perhaps an instance of racial stigmatisation in missing cases - but a community has formed on r/missingBIPOC to draw attention to the event.
A subreddit entitled r/findqadrwilliams has also been created to raise awareness and gather information on her whereabouts - please do take a look if you would like to follow the case.
We will update this case whenever new information is released, but in the meantime we strongly encourage anybody with any knowledge of her possible location to come forward.

Can you please tell me if she was found. I was looking into this case and came across some flyers with "SAFE AND ALIVE" on them. Despite that there has been no official word if this is true. There is also another reason why I wanted to look into this case. I found this beautiful childs picture on a sneaker for sale. There are sneakers being made and sold with real missing kids faces and information on them. These sneakers have been traced back to a very shady website and a very questionable man named Joel Brown. He has a YouTube channel called Glitchy Shoes (Was formally Glitchy Dancer). He made a video "Feet Fables" staring missing children. The more and more information I read regarding all this has sent me down a very disgusting rabbit hole filled with predators and pedophiles.
